Had a great experience renting a DSLR & a couple of lenses from them recently. The ordering process is simple and they offer good discounts for longer rental period. However, the best part is they deliver/pick up your order which saves a lot of hassles. The customer support is also good and ensures that your queries are answered asap.

We had rented insta X2 for our cycle ride. It was a great pick to rent it from Bragpacker. The process was smooth and the camera was in good condition. It was a good choice to make instagram reels. Each year we prefer to rent it from the Bragpacker to rent the camera.

Amazing experience.. Had rented Jackets, Gloves and shoes for our Swiss trip..The products were as good as new and for any mumbaikar this is a smart choice as you will never get to wear these winter wears ever in Mumbai!!!

Good quality, best of brands, well kept and clean gear. We rented for extreme winter, one stop shop for all our requirements. Reasonably priced (~10% of purchase value for a 2 week rental).

Will be using their services again and shall recommend too. Rented a zoom lens for a week for wildlife photography. Ordering process is hassle free. Customer and Delivery services is up to the mark. Refund of deposit is on-time. Rental rates provided are economical against the purchase value and product quality is good. Overall, a happy & satisfied experience.

Smooth and seamless booking and order confirmation process. Available on call to help with suggestions/ advice. Items delivered were nice and clean. Am super impressed with this company and would recommend them hugely. Also must mention the refund of the deposit amount was also prompt without me having to call or pester. absolutely unprofessional company, i requested a car seat almost 15 days back and no one from brag packer bothered to call or msg to either confirm the availability or decline the request. totally unreliable. I think the reviews that talk about their "first class customer service" and "amazing experience" are rigged and fake coz in my case, they did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge my request, in spite of multiple mails that I sent.
